JOB DESCRIPTION
- Advising clients on all aspects of real estate law
- Conducting due diligence
- Drafting opinions and legal advices
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating different real estate related agreements, including leases (retail, commercial and industrial), sale and purchase agreements, development agreements and joint venture agreements;
- Supporting the partners and wider team with business development initiatives related to the real estate practice;
REQURIEMENTS
- Qualified lawyer
- Post qualification experience – ideally 2+ years but will consider other appropriate candidates.
- Experience –the candidate will have experience in real estate and property and have specific experience in real estate acquisitions and disposals (both asset sale and share sale), leasing and real estate development.
- Experience in corporate law/M&A and REITs is of added value
