JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports.
  • Provide assistance with employees’ queries and any issues related to the Human Capital department  such as visa, medical tests, insurance, business cards, company phones, company housing, relocation and intercompany transfers.
  • To make the operations more productive, effective, and high-performing, take part in putting action plans into motion.
  • Help the Human Capital function with the process of evaluating employee success.
  • Collect news, events, and other information from each business unit in order to organize, edit, proofread, and coordinate the pieces that will be published in the corporate newsletter every three months.

     

  • Help the Human Capital department with any hiring tasks that need to be done.
  • Report anything that could get in the way of the business’s activities.
  • Follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, as well as any related procedures and instructions.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Capital.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Human Capital.
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to operate under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
