JOB DESCRIPTION
- Grow the business of brands in the Kitopi portfolio by facilitating and consulting on new launches, marketing and strategic initiatives
- Be able to build and manage the brand P&L within Kitopi
- Stake out brands in the market that could benefit from being part of the Kitopi family (basically, everyone!) and approach them.
- Constantly receive feedback from brands and Kitopi B/C’s and adjust accordingly.
- Delegate undertakings to Kitopi Brand Champions and other colleagues; get input nimbly from Kitopi the board and apply it.
- Create reports occasionally for different brands showing brand execution concerning income, client criticism, and maintenance.
- Set a timetable for quality control looks at and convey them. Guarantee there’s a smooth stream between our kitchens and conveyance aggregators.
- Augment the business achieved from each current brand through proposing novel thoughts, advertising plans, and item advancement.
- Oversee and develop the business with high profile F&B brands
- Sustain individual associations with client accomplices
- Foster exhaustive designs to increment brand mindfulness, deals, client procurement, maintenance and evaluations Carry out information – driven limits technique and foster promoting effort plans both on the food conveyance aggregators and off the aggregators (web-based entertainment)
- Give item advancement and item support to lay out legitimate channels of data and correspondence
REQURIEMENTS
- A minimum of two ( 2 ) years of experience , ideally with a Growth mindset . Business Development , Sales and more importantly , Relationship Management are key .
- Passion for Food & Beverage and monitoring market trends .
