JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages the compensation and benefits role including but not limited to; payroll administration, promotion and salary increases
- Manages manpower vis-à-vis positions utilization
- Prepares documents that need to be submitted for all promotion and salary increase cases
- maintains an updated manpower planning tracker
- Write letters of promotion and pay raise.
- Draft offer letters to prospective hires.
- Prepare the job description and any other documentation needed for the position’s job evaluation.
- routinely works with outside parties to coordinate the accomplishment of the current responsibilities
- Represent the business to outside parties. Deliver dashboard reports on a regular basis.
- Any additional duties that management and LM delegate
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 10 Years of experience as an HR Generalist and Specialist.
- Holding a Bachelors / Master’s degree with specialization in HR / Personnel Management & Business Administration
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Have worked in compensation and benefits area including payroll administration
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
