JOB DESCRIPTION
- Help Stores Chief in dealing with the everyday exercises of the distribution center, including transporting, getting, support, stock, and worker booking.
- Complete exact stockroom week after week and month to month reports for upper administration, interior clients and RTA.
- Coordinate preparation of new representatives and guarantee that ongoing workers are getting continuous and boost preparing.
- Guarantee distribution center consistence with all organization security guidelines as well as neighborhood and government regulations that administer working environment wellbeing.
- Keeps up with correspondence with the group by training representatives and that work tasks are finished.
- Develop and construct consistent advancement culture with the group through process enhancements and estimations.
- Guarantee distribution center exercises are finished with consistence to organization set conventions and SOPs.
- Keep up with the cleanliness of the distribution center and guarantee that all are following the housekeeping strategy.
- Help Stores Administrator in keeping up with documentation and keeping precise records of distribution center exercises.
- Liaise and determine with merchants, workers for hire and inside clients and RTA concerning functional issues.
- Perform and do obligations as trained/coordinated by his/her immediate predominant.
REQURIEMENTS
- Knowledge with ERP (enterprise resource planning) and computer literacy skills are essential.
- Holder of a valid UAE driving license.
