Salary              :AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answer and direct calls, take messages, and reply to queries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.
  •  Manage and maintain physical and electronic file systems.
  •  Assist in creating and distributing meeting agendas and materials.
  •  Handle sensitive and private information discreetly.
  •  Keep the working environment organized and tidy by placing orders for supplies.
  •  Communicate with internal and external parties, such as customers, suppliers, and other departments.
  •  Carry out general administrative activities such data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
  •  Assist in streamlining and improving office processes and systems.
  •  Participate in meetings as necessary and record minutes.
  •  Carry out additional tasks as directed by the management team

 

REQURIEMENTS

  •  High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software
  •  Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit documents
  •  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
