Assistant / Secretary Job in UAE

Salary :AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month
- Answer and direct calls, take messages, and reply to queries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic file systems.
- Assist in creating and distributing meeting agendas and materials.
- Handle sensitive and private information discreetly.
- Keep the working environment organized and tidy by placing orders for supplies.
- Communicate with internal and external parties, such as customers, suppliers, and other departments.
- Carry out general administrative activities such data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist in streamlining and improving office processes and systems.
- Participate in meetings as necessary and record minutes.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the management team
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit documents
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
