JOB DESCRIPTION

Installation & Commissioning Reporting:
• Record all installation and commissioning progress.
• Prepare structured daily and weekly reports for management.
• Manufacturing SOP development with support of Plant Manager for all manufacturing departments.

Production Reporting & Data Management:

• After the plant is up and running, keep an eye on production and create daily reports.
• Create production reporting tool kits in Excel and Oracle Net Suite that are tailored to the needs of the plant.

Internal Auditing & Compliance: • Examine production procedures internally.
• Make sure 5S is being followed, and keep an eye on FIFO operations in the warehouse.
• Make sure that the factory is properly implemented by doing daily HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) checks.
• Create compliance reports every day for any industry.

Enhancing Procedures and Making Decisions Based on Data:
• Set up the necessary infrastructure to apply Six Sigma techniques, Kaizen concepts, and root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
• Use forecasting, analysis, and reporting to propel efforts for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills for forecasting & process optimization.
• ERP & Excel Mastery: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Manufacturing Principles: Strong knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and similar methodologies.
• Technology-Friendly: Comfortable using digital reporting tools, ERP systems, and automation.
