JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage LTA contracts and funds to reduce the spend and maximize sales and profitability.
  • List all new NPD’s timely and ensure updated products in the retail database to ensure availability and maintain correct pricing.
  • Negotiate LTA space, payment agreement, rebates, promotions to ensure we get the most efficient trading terms.
  • Space agreements optimization to maximize visibility.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to counterattack competitor activities and increases Almarai purchase.
  • Maintain customer relationship to build profitable business. (Continuous communication)
  • Examine deals execution to distinguish deals open doors and areas of progress.
  • Lead intermittent consumer loyalty reviews to further develop client.
  • Visit clients market to investigate amazing open doors and market beat.
  • Oversee execution of every specialty unit exchange plans coordination with every Class Exchange Advertising Director.
  • Compelling use and execution of show rentals augmenting interests on the lookout.
  • Guarantee in-store advancements are done by organization strategy. Advancement effectiveness and schedule, carry out of Profit from Venture for advancement
  • Great inner and outside client relations.
  • Planogramming done in accordance with client particulars/execution.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce
  • At least 5 Years’ Key account management and/or Trade Marketing experience in reputable FMCG organization in the Middle east.
  • Experience in managing international Key Accounts

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • Excellent customer relationship building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication English skills, and verbal in Arabic
  • With Valid UAE driving license
  • Computer literate
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.
  • Male Candidate between 30 to 40 Years old.
  • Category Management and knowledge of sales analyzing tools (Business Objects) will be an advantage.
