JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering the phone calls
- Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Managing and monitoring all courier issues
- Controlling kitchen and meeting rooms as they are arranged in the required manner frequently
- Organizing the meeting schedule and preparing the meeting rooms as required
- Serving the visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
- Provide general support to visitors
- Helping with a range of administrative duties, such as taking notes, copying, and organizing a trip
- completing all travel plans, including booking flights, lodging, applying for visas, renting a car, etc., in accordance with departmental requirements.
- Putting together travel-related reports
- identifying the requirements and assisting their boss in relation to the procurement process
- Answering letters, grievances, and questions
- assisting the department manager in maintaining office productivity through the planning and implementation of office systems, layouts, and equipment acquisition
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- helping the department manager keep an eye on and maintain all of the office’s mechanical and technical systems
- Monitoring and making certain that every invoice has been received, accepted, and paid on schedule
- Verifying the team’s work-related responsibilities

- Experience in similar tasks/fields is an added advantage
