  • To enter all the tickets sale and airline/supplier cost for the services received with them, based on the sale team report.
  • To enter all the Vat Input and Output for the suppliers as per FTA policy and procedure.
  • To follow up the LPO and service entry from the clients to be able to dispatch the Invoice and make sure timely posted to their account.
  • Giving money to cover office costs and other costs of serving the business account.
  • To make sure that all cash collected, including from the Air Algeria branch office, is properly recorded and deposited in the bank the next business day.
  • Making and sending SOA based on what the client wants and following up on it to see what they need.
  • When the Senior Accountant isn’t around, to enter the business credit card purchase and do the reconciliation. Making the refunds and following up on the accounts outstanding. Assisting with making the source report and the reconciliation.
  • Keeping track of all the staff coupons that come from JAM HCD and making sure they are used in line with JAM policy.
  • Making invoices and making sure they are sent and delivered to business accounts correctly and in line with their needs.


  •  Degree in Commerce / Accounting.
  •  Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in similar environment.
  •  Hard working, Problem solver and strong interpersonal skills.
  •  Working knowledge of Ms-Office
