JOB DESCRIPTION
- Adhere to safety procedures and policies by the safety management system, actively participating in safety initiatives, reporting hazards, and promoting a positive safety culture.
- Show that you fully comprehend Weatherford’s ERP and Inventory Control Policy by setting up warehouses, controlling storage locations, and making good use of pertinent modules.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate policies and procedures by carrying out inventory counts, reclassifications, and field build operations with precision.
- To support operational demands, keep an eye on crucial inventory levels, work with product lines, and maintain ideal stock levels.
- Ensure effective workflow and safe storage of Weatherford’s assets by implementing the concepts of organization, cleanliness, safety, and security in warehouse operations.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: High School Graduate (At least)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience related to Stores/Warehouse Management and Inventory/Asset Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer and employee interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities (especially in English), and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in JD Edwards and Microsoft Excel to work with complex data.
