  • Prepare quarterly and annual targets for the partners and distributors.
  • Design monthly and annual targets of the territory in liaison with the local sales force.
  • Lead the local sales force towards achievement of goals through motivation and development practices.
  • Organize pricing across the diverse channels and accounts to ensure profitability is always protected.
  • Keep a closer eye on the receivables, collection and the DSO of each account.
  • Work with the marketing staff to carry out the marketing plan in the area.
  • Make a monthly business forecast and make sure that all of the goals are met as efficiently as possible.
  • Include a good amount of retail space, more projects that cover more ground, and a long-lasting wholesale network in your sales channels.
  • Agree with the marketing staff on when to launch the new product, and use the distributors to get the word out in your area.
  • Careful performance management lets you keep an eye on how the new goods on the market are doing.
  • With the help of the marketing staff, make sure that the distributors get enough training on new products, technologies, and sales tools.
  • Keep the distributors’ showrooms up to date with the latest ways to show off the company’s products, working closely with the marketing staff to do this.
  • Stay up to date on new projects by connecting with big contracting and subcontracting firms. This will also make it easier for distributors to win bids.
  • Show that you can think of new ways to get your products to market in order to increase sales and profits.
  • Work with partners, distributors, and influencers, along with the marketing staff, to keep up a strong push on brand awareness across all market channels.
  • Continuously look at sales performance and profitability while making suggestions to the line boss for how to make things better.
  • Check out Key Accounts fertile ground and get at least one new account on a regular basis during the financial year by sticking to the framework contract and meeting income goals.
  • Get into the networks of consultants, designers, planners, architects, and developers to build long-term ties at the highest level.
  • Local training and seminars should be put together for distributors, architects and designers, and consultants so that information can always be shared.
  • Take an involved role in market research, looking at trends, and reporting on competitions.
  • Set annual goals and budgets with the goal of growing your market share across all product categories and sales platforms.
  • Set aside enough time to make sure that the project management process is coordinated with the company’s CRM unit.
  • At the highest level in the region, represent the company and always act in the best way possible.
  • Regularly check the local services that distributors provide to different customers through different sales channels, and make sure that the company’s image and name always meet the highest standards.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing/commerce/engineering.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience within a managerial level in sanitary wares field (Bathroom products: ceramics, mixers, etc.).


  • The regional responsibilities includes UAE & Oman. The candidate must have good track record in both the markets.
  • Understanding of GCC/ designated area trade and market demands is a critical success factor.
  • Should have experience in both B2B and B2C
