JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with check-in procedures and boarding processes.
• Assist students with immigration, customs, and security.
• Assist in managing the luggage and make sure that the baggage rules are being observed.
• In the event of a flight delay or other problem, assist the students.
• Provide top-notch customer service and extend your aid as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and manage stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills in English.
