JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide full support to the Production Manager as well as Supervisors, of the department.
  • Calendar management Leave management & Travel management of the Department.
  • Scheduling trainings and meetings of the Department
  • Gather, update, sort, and prepare information for talks at meetings.
  • Writing down meeting minutes and other instructions.
  • Coordinate and follow up with other departments on all production problems.
  • As the area owner of the production office, you are responsible for keeping the 5S organization goals.
  • As an area inspector, take part in the 5S program.
  • Make ZBB reports every month that show how much all of your departments’ cost areas are spending too little or too much.
  • Make sure that costs are correctly assigned to the right cost areas and GL accounts.
  • Check for and send in any Divergence reports you find.
  • Make a purchase request, a follow-up purchase order, a shipping request, and an invoice booking.
  • Make preparations and checks for reversals.
  • Make, manage, and keep an eye on the Production and Warehouse Department’s budget report.
  • person who the company and the third-party staffing provider can talk to about all kinds of staffing issues.
  • Manage and keep track of the third-party labor contractor’s bills and invoices.
  • Make PR/POs, provisions, bookings for invoices, check reversals, and approvals.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration
