  •  Assist in company registration processes, including visa applications and other legal requirements.
  •  Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company records.
  •  Manage product entry and inventory records, including updating databases and tracking product availability
  •  Work with vendors and providers to make sure that goods and services are delivered on time.
  •  Take care of general office tasks like answering the phone, sending emails, and keeping the office stocked.
  •  Set up and keep up with physical and digital filing systems so that papers can be easily found when they’re needed.
  •  As needed by management, help put together reports, presentations, and other papers.
  •  Plan delivery times and communicate with logistics partners to make sure supplies go smoothly and on time.
  •  Check in with logistics partners on shipments and let the right people know about the arrival status.
  •  Oversee the cleaning of the store to keep it clean and well-organized, so customers have a good experience.
  •  Help the CEO with administrative tasks like setting up meetings, keeping track of schedules, and answering mail.
  •  Gather materials, set up meetings, and organize project files to help the design team.
  •  Answer questions from customers in a friendly and helpful way, giving them information about goods and services and taking care of problems quickly and professionally.
  • When you talk to customers, be friendly and easy to get in touch with. This will make them feel valued and honored.
  •  Pay attention to what customers say and do something about any problems or issues right away to make sure customers are happy.
  •  Always be professional, show empathy, and have a good mood when talking to people inside and outside the company.



• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in the UAE.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Energetic, proactive, and quick learner with a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Familiarity with UAE administrative procedures and regulations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
