JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure consistency of data across various sources.
  • Maintain the hygiene of Salesforce and backend data by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work together as a team on particular initiatives, offering assistance as required.

     

  • Collaborate with market administrators to discover and exchange optimal methodologies.

     

  • Assist the team in getting the hitlist ready.

     

  • Make sure you record meetings accurately and distribute them to the appropriate parties.

     

  • Keep thorough records and monitor of every activity related to sales and inventory.

     

  • assist in locating and producing fresh sales leads from various pre-established sources.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
