JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answer inquiries by email, phone or walk-in clients
  • Discuss services to clients for both Healthcare and Medical Equipment
  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
  • Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
  • Verifies specs and pricing, gets supplier recommendations for replacement items, and gets requisitioning department clearance before preparing purchase orders.
  • Engage in dialogue with merchants, suppliers, and customers in order to close profitable deals and satisfy everyone.
  • Organize and monitor the final product shipment in accordance with client specifications.

     

  • Maintain logs and documentation of order execution, warehouse stock, etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Nursing or medical knowledge.
