JOB DESCRIPTION

– Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
– Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

– Managing letters that come in and go out.
– Helping to manage and organize files and records in the office.
– Drafting and revising reports, letters, and papers.
– Helping with routine accounting duties.
– Supporting the planning and scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
– Offering administrative assistance to guarantee the office runs well.

 

REQUIREMENTS

– Age range: 24 to 35 years old
– Comfortable handling kids
– Efficient and well-organised
– Friendly and polite
– College diploma or equivalent qualification.
– Proven experience as an administrative clerk or other clerical position.
– Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
