JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Office Coordination: Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall office appearance.
  2. Communication: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and questions, forwarding them to the relevant person or division.
  3. Scheduling: Work with internal and external stakeholders to arrange conferences, meetings, and appointments.
  4. Documentation: As needed, create and preserve reports, documents, and other supporting materials.
  5. Travel Plans: As needed, make travel and lodging plans for your employees.
  6. Data input: For a variety of administrative activities, accurate and timely data entry is required.
  7. Support for Teams: Assist various teams within the company with unique projects and administrative duties as needed.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
