JOB DESCRIPTION
- MIS (Store/RO) – Ensure that accurate information is provided to the Senior Admin Assistant to ensure they can meet reporting deadlines.
- Maintain data in the system to facilitate easy access to information when it is required.
- Maintain and update information relating to staff in the store.
- Liaise with the Regional Operations and HR Office.
- Operations and Stock Control
- Assist the team or the admin department manager in carrying out regular stock accuracy checks.
- Check all invoices from vendors and contractors, have the store manager approve them, and have the Regional Office Accounts Team process them.
- Track down unpaid bills from suppliers and make any necessary payments.
- duties associated with the cash office include the following:
- Reconciling daily store receipts and reports
- Foreign exchange and banking
- Retail Mint Cash
- Daily safe fund tallying
- Reconciliation of Credit Cards
- To facilitate business decisions, make sure Admin Management receives correct reports.
- Assist in coordinating and setting up the new hires’ induction training on store administrative processes.
- Making certain that the product received from the warehouse is accurately recorded in the

- High School degree (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience.
