Administrative Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

Timing               : Full time



  • Manage company day-to-day affairs and administrative tasks.
  • Handle registrations, filings, and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
  • As needed, get letters, paperwork, and correspondence ready.
  • Assist with project management duties and coordinate operational activities.


  • Create supporting documents, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Ensure that databases and records are accurate.
  • Help with arranging appointments and meetings.
  • Provide team members and management with general administrative support.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred



  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in handling import/export documents
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar filed
  • Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
