JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accurately enter financial transactions and data into the company’s financial systems.
- Verify the completeness and correctness of financial records.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Help with archiving and document management.
- Help with processing vendor payments and supplier invoices.
- Check and compare purchase orders, receiving paperwork, and bills.
- Get batches of invoices ready for payment and approval.
- Keep an eye on and record spending to make sure the fiscal constraints are being followed.
- Help with processing and reimbursement of expenditure reports.
- As needed by the finance team, assist in producing financial reports and summaries.
- Help in gathering data and creating reports.
- Assist the financial department administratively by handling scheduling, communication, and filing.
- As needed, assist in facilitating communication between the financial department and other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.
- Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
