Accounts Assistant Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare, examine, and manage documents for the issuance and settlement of Letters of Credit.
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, including but not limited to general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Work together with financial institutions and internal departments to make sure that all financial processes run smoothly.
- Help with finishing the books and making reports every month, three months, and once a year.
- Make sure you’re following all cash rules and policies.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– Proven experience in financial documentation and bookkeeping, preferably in a multinational environment.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of Letters of Credit and international trade finance.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
