JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling day to day accounting entries and book keeping of the company in Zoho Books
- Processing of accounting entries and reimbursements
- Preparation of financial statements independently
- Substantiating financial transactions by proper documentation and filing
- Regular updation of books of accounts and generation of daily / periodic MIS reports
- Answerable for Frivolous Money Assets and week by week reports for repayments
- Information and consistence of FTA – Tank arrangements.
- Readiness of month to month start to finish finance including month end finance announcing with WPS
- Keeping up with records for endlessly stock administration
- Readiness and upkeep of cost vouchers and bills.
- Different compliances including PF, tip and expert Expense.
- Occasional Bank Compromise and arrangement of Bank Compromise Proclamations
- Confirmation of Procurement/Deals solicitations, Charge/Credit Notes and bills.
- Guaranteeing opportune seller installments
- Intermittent compromise party records and balances
- Different obligations as relegated
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors / Masters in Commerce
REQURIEMENTS
- Good knowledge of finalization of accounts
- Knowledge of HR best practices, an advantage
- Proficiency in working on Zoho Books
- Sound knowledge of MS Office. Good command on MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Highly committed and organized
