JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Work with your company’s sales, technical help, and project management teams to make sure clients are happy and the project goes well.
  • Find chances to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers and work closely with sales teams to take advantage of them.
  • Make and give clients regular reports and presentations about the status of their accounts, projects, and success metrics.
  • Talk about renewing contracts and changing prices so that both the client and the company can reach their goals.
  • Keep up with changes in the industry, your competitors, and new technologies so you can give good advice to clients and push for solutions that add value.
  • As a strategic account manager, you should look ahead to possible problems and take steps to solve them before they happen.
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system of all contacts, agreements, and transactions with clients.
  • Work with marketing teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that are tailored to each business.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
