JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points
- Define high-level strategies & roadmaps for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- In order to inform sales strategy and product development, stay current with industry trends, goods, and rivals.
- Participate in trade exhibitions and industry events to create leads and market the business.
- Take the lead in producing RFPs, bids, and sales decks.
- Work together with various Horizontal business units, including the CXD team, the tech team, the marketing team, and the strategy team.
- Establish and preserve connections with important technology partners, such Salesforce and Sitecore.
- assistance in creating upcoming and new technological partnerships
- Create sales strategy and meet your yearly goals for margin and revenue.
- Ensure that the CRM system has correct and current records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Serve as the main “narrator” in sales presentations.
- Organize and oversee pitch teams for the submission of proposals and RFPs.
- Make and carry out ABM plans.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (5-7 years)
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ideally have experience in consulting and selling to Middle East customers
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus
