JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creation of product proposal presentations/BOQ’s in alignment with the MEA sales team
- Project management: high understanding of internal and external stakeholders keeping all projects up to date to ensure an accurate pipeline and CRM
- Actively collaborating closely with the A&D community to foster expansion and maximize commercial prospects: Presentations and introductions to brands
- Addressing inquiries unique to each customer
- Processing local quotes: communicate project and product-specific needs, provide accurate quotes in a timely manner.
- Trade application procedure: ensure that all trade applications are reviewed promptly and thoroughly, and finish the account setup for new accounts.
- Emailing price lists, news, and HAY promotions to the MEA dealer network
- Coordination and distribution of samples; maintenance of HAY samples; compliance with product launches and discontinuations
- handling and arranging for any requests for mock-ups and consignment stock
- arranging of HAY MEA activities
- Controlling local inventory
- Weekly status conferences with Key’s Head of Regional Sales for UK/IE & MEA
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience of a high level of customer service working within the design industry
- You are a competent user of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro, and you are curious and eager to learn new programs
- Strong internal project management experience
- It is important that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written
