JOB DESCRIPTION
- Evaluate team’s performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, hiring etc.
- Develop employees and their skill sets to expand each team’s capabilities and provide growth opportunities
- Promote new work practices and assist in the creation of fresh customer service strategies, models, and plans.
- Drive organizational change via process improvement and innovation, removing obstacles for the team.
- Achieve team performance excellence to guarantee high quality and high volume productivity.
- Find, hire, and assemble a highly productive team of candidates through staff motivation, coaching, and teamwork.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Management experience
- Customer Service experience, preferred
- Proficient knowledge of basic bank products such as deposit accounts, credit cards, time deposits, preferred
- Proficient project management skills
