JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process customer’s instruction included but not limited to cash deposit, cash withdrawal, account tools delivery, and document/paper instrument processing according to policies, procedures, and service level/regulation timeline.
  • Process regulators or authorities’ requests, including but not limited to processing document retrieval and processing customer account according to policies, procedures, and service level/regulation timeline.
  • Ensure physical cash is processed and reconciled in a timely manner as per policies and procedures.
  • Ensure cash balances are on optimum level and within limits and ensure cash movement is in line with policies and procedures.
  •  Support management by helping to streamline processes in order to optimize operations
  • Compliance with risk management rules and guidelines, such as those pertaining to group, regional, and local compliance, anti-money laundering, operational risk, fraud, information security, reputational risk, and legal.

     

  • Make sure that the policy on document management, data preservation, and business continuity are upheld consistently.

     

  • Engage in a collaborative manner both inside and beyond the department by exchanging best practices and information while keeping the bank’s interests front and center.

     

  •  Devoted to the business-related training and development guidelines, HSBC standards, and individual growth.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR Cash Operations Officer Job in Dubai UAE

  • Experience of working in a banking operations environment.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory and compliance policies as required locally.
  • Experience and knowledgeable on accounting principles
  • Experience in collaborating and managing demands from the Regulators.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in English.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and computer literacy.
  • Methodical and organized, a lateral thinker with well-developed time management skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
