JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning daily outbound, inbound, and Country of origin printing shift operations based on outbound/inbound/logistics requirement.
- Allocation and shipment creation in WMS as per the shift operations plan.
- Ensure all pick labels / put away labels of normal, priority & exception shipments are ready well before the shifts starts.
- Manage and decide shipments based on exception orders in WMS and SAP as per regulatory and logistics requirements.
- Follow up with WH Operations team to finish pick/pack as per invoicing plan for both VOR, Supplementary orders and stock orders.
- Prepare DG documentations as per requirements.
- Invoicing all OB shipments in SAP/WMS on time, based on transport and revenue recognition requirements. Manage SAP / WMS issues related to invoicing.
- To guarantee uninterrupted inbound operations, make sure ASN labels are printed and necessary fields are updated in WMS.
- Respond to and communicate with other GM and logistics team departments regarding outbound cargo processing and logistics status.
- Management reporting: Make sure that all incoming, shipment, and logistics reports, as well as management reports, are kept up to date in accordance with the requirements.
- Create and publish all management reports, including the daily operations report.
- 60% of the business depends on the COO printing process being properly planned and the shipments being prepared for shipment in accordance with the business plan. To guarantee that the shipments are shipped on schedule, coordinate with the operations team, COO printing, and logistics service provider’s team.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA with exposure to logistics industry or equivalent experience/qualification, proficient in MS Excel.
Experience Level
- Less than 2 years / fresh graduate with good academic background + proficient in MS Excel
