JOB DESCRIPTION
- Arrange vehicles upon request, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- Inform drivers of their tasks, provide correct information, and follow up to ensure timely reporting.
- Obtain clear information about transportation needs before arranging vehicles.
- Reduce vehicle idle time, make more trips, and make sure that driver incentives and work closures are submitted on time.
- To guarantee prompt and economical delivery, plan transportation routes, choose means of transportation, and monitor shipments.
- To guarantee timely delivery and effective transportation process execution, collaborate closely with service providers.
- Create and manage work schedules, performance indicators, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve complaints effectively, follow up on delivery, and answer consumer questions.
- Make sure that drivers’ and cars’ necessary permits and certificates are renewed on schedule.
- Keep track of vehicle assets, keep an eye on fuel prices, and create precise reports on the performance and movements of your car.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or business administration are a plus.
