JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally.
- Provide accurate information about tax consultancy services and company offerings.
- Help customers with appointment scheduling and issue resolution.
- Keep track of and update the system’s client records.
- Work together with internal groups to guarantee a flawless customer experience.
- Respond to consumer comments and take the required steps to enhance services.
- Resolve complaints by treating them professionally and patiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s customer service standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or consultancy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
