JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about tax consultancy services and company offerings.
  • Help customers with appointment scheduling and issue resolution.
  • Keep track of and update the system’s client records.

     

  • Work together with internal groups to guarantee a flawless customer experience.
  • Respond to consumer comments and take the required steps to enhance services.
  • Resolve complaints by treating them professionally and patiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s customer service standards.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or consultancy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
