JOB DESCRIPTION
- Empowered by the Retail Director/Area Manager/City Manager:
- guarantee the store profitability
- create the vision and tone for the store while at the same time driving a highly successful and profitable business with the partnership of both Regional/Corporate managements
- develop and implement business action plans to maximize sales for each product category and clients tier segment
- maintain a high sell through
- ensure the implementation and execution of all company initiatives within the store
- Ensure that the highest level of client service is provided motivating and challenging the Staff (FoH and
BoH)
Ensure that all corporate assets are fully organized in accordance with the BoH and FoH requirements.
Share the company’s KPIs and devise plans to guarantee that the performance requirements are fulfilled.
Conduct daily store meetings to inform staff members about pertinent updates and current business trends and to inspire them to perform.
Maintain and sustain stock levels by speaking with important business departments directly.
Ensure basic stock fill-in and buy a variety to meet store objectives.
Oversee the CRM procedures to:
ensure that the company’s CRM initiatives are carried out.
create opportunities with both current and prospective customers.
Make sure the retail staff has access to learning and development opportunities:
REQUIREMENTS
- Guarantee the Visual Merchandising standards (note: Agile and Bottom Heavy clusters don’t include the
role of Visual Merchandiser in store)
- Assure the inventory control
