JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Assist in managing the venue operations to ensure exceptional client service and the efficient management of venue resources.
  •  Help in the sales process for venue spaces, including responding to inquiries, providing tours, and drafting rental agreements.
  •  Support the Senior Events Manager and Business Development manager in coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
  •  Managing the event executives schedules and ensuring their deliverables are met
  •  Work together with the marketing department to advertise venue locations and optimize reservations.
  • To draw in new customers and keep hold of current ones, take part in the development and execution of strategic marketing and sales programs.
  •  Maintain customer connections by making sure that every venue client receives excellent service that complies with Alserkal’s requirements.
  •  Help supervise the setup and deconstruction of the venue for events, making sure that all safety rules and operational guidelines are followed.
  • Assist in overseeing event operations to guarantee adherence to relevant rules and regulations, participant satisfaction, and problem-solving.
  • Participate in cost-control and budget monitoring initiatives pertaining to venue management and sales operations.
  •  As needed, offer administrative assistance, such as creating reports and keeping track of reservations and sales.

 

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 4 years of experience in event management or venue sales.

· Strong understanding of the dynamics of venue management and sales.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.

· High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service excellence.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams and clients from diverse backgrounds.
