JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Coordinate and manage supply chain activities to ensure optimal procurement procedures and timely deliveries.
  •  Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts to enable efficient tracking.
  • Work together with internal stakeholders, logistics companies, and suppliers to solve problems and expedite procedures.
  • Examine supply chain performance indicators and make necessary adjustments to boost productivity.
  • Create and evaluate supply chain reports, looking for patterns and areas that could use improvement.
  • Help with inventory planning and demand forecasting to efficiently satisfy client needs.
  • Assist the procurement team in locating and negotiating the best terms and prices with suppliers.

 

REQUIREMENTS

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
