JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales & Business Growth
Lead by example, embodying brand values and customer-first philosophy.
Define and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage customer databases to strengthen relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor insights, and market opportunities.
Conduct quarterly SWOT analysis and align strategies with management.
Leverage all sales channels (online and offline) to expand customer reach.
2. Customer Experience & Sales Leadership
Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Encourage and mentor the sales force to maximize output.
To spur changes, keep an eye on KPIs, conversion rates, and client feedback.
Assure a remarkable, customized shopping experience that complies with company guidelines.
Put clienteling concepts into practice, paying particular attention to VIP clients and loyalty initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 6+ years in retail, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Industry: Fashion, Apparel, Luxury, Lifestyle Retail, Department Stores, Concept Stores, Beauty, or Specialty Retail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills: Retail sales strategy, inventory management, merchandising, financial reconciliation, compliance, and loss prevention.
