JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
  • Records and controls accurately wake up calls
  • Pages guests in co-operation with concerned departments
  • Assists guests with international calls and directory queries
  • Calls guests by name whenever possible
  • Pages staff member when requested
  • Abides by principles of guest privacy
  • Handles guests’ needs or requests and reports complaints to the Supervisor
  • Report on logbook daily
  • Bill call costs
  • Recognizing local phone directories and commonly called numbers
  • Advises faults on switchboard equipment to Supervisor
  • Responds quickly to all requests and questions from visitors
  • keeps up-to-date on the hotel’s life, fire, and safety systems
  • Preserve hotel details
  • Offer guests secretarial services.
  • Effective usage of every piece of equipment in the business center
  • Update traffic sheets precisely.
  • Respond quickly to concerns and closely monitor the actions made.
  • Encourage in-house amenities and services
  • Revise airline timetables and assist guests as needed.
  • Organize the meeting room reservations.
  • Inform the supervisor in advance of any stationary requirements.
  • Make sure the workspace is tidy, and tidy up your workspace before leaving.
  • Record daily activities in the logbook.
