JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct inspections and valuations of commercial properties across the UAE, applying local market knowledge and expertise.
- Provide market-driven advice on a wide range of commercial property types.
- Reach firm, and justifiable conclusions on property values for all assignments.
- Create thorough appraisal reports and give clients succinct, understandable advice.
- Create and use models using Argus Developer and Argus Enterprise.
- Communicate directly with customers to guarantee continually excellent service and guidance.
- Assume responsibility for instructions and carry out tasks with little oversight.
- Effectively manage several tasks while adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
- Help establish and preserve solid client connections by encouraging loyalty and trust.
- Work together on well-known projects with senior team members.
- Encourage business development initiatives to boost team expansion and income.
- To keep abreast of market developments and investigate cross-selling potential, collaborate closely with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- RICS Registered Valuer certification.
- Extensive experience in commercial property valuation.
- Comprehensive understanding of valuation regulations and relevant legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market is essential.
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid UAE driving licence and available vehicle.
