JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle all new and renewal visa typing, cancellations, and absconding cases.
- Ensure timely processing of quota applications through the Tasheel system.
- Oversee the Emirates ID and medical typing processes.
- Carry out GDRFA-related tasks.
- Coordinate with the HR department for all internal procedures and upgrades while maintaining and updating the PRO and visa budgets.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in typing for visa, immigration, and government services.
Required Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English (written and oral) with an understanding of Arabic writing
- Available for immediate start
REQUIREMENTS
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of visa processes and government systems (Tasheel, GDRFA, etc.)
