JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
•  Keeping track of accounts payable, making sure bills are paid on time, verifying the legitimacy of the debt, and obtaining the necessary signatures
• Using accounting software to update financial records
• compiling payroll expenses and entering them into the proper entry line

REQUIREMENTS

• With minimum 2 Years UAE/GCC experience, preferably with VAT knowledge
• Recording all financial transactions daily
• Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
• Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management
• Performing account reconciliations
• Processing income statements, balance sheets and other management account reports, under the supervision of the Senior Accountant
• Reviewing expenditures of the company such as payroll and petty cash expenses
• Assisting with asset audits, as necessary
• Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by a supervisor
