JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Respond to inquiries regarding the facilities and general details of the property. Take visitors to and from the treatment areas. Throughout the day, periodically check your computer for updates and modifications to your schedule. Keep the lounge areas, spa/salon locker rooms, treatment rooms, and workstations tidy. Trash and soiled linens should be disposed of properly. At the conclusion of each shift, secure the equipment and supplies. Keep supplies, linens, towels, and other amenities in the lounge areas, hospitality stations, and locker rooms.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
