JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee employee relations by responding to questions, complaints, and disputes.
- Plan and oversee training initiatives to improve staff members’ abilities and output.
- Verify that employment records are accurate and that labor rules and regulations are being followed.
- Evaluate employees’ performance and work with management to develop ideas for improvement.
- Help with the payroll procedure, making sure that data is entered accurately and on time.
- Encourage employee involvement by implementing programs that support a happy and effective work environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of HR management experience, with at least 1 year in the real estate or brokerage industry will be added advantage
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
