JOB DESCRIPTION
Organization of the branch
- Greet customers and suppliers
- Assist the site manager with HR management
- Assist the team in communicating and organizing activities
- Report data to management software and alerts them in the event of inconsistency
- Order supplies and equipment for the branch
Administrative management and life of the contract
- Issue quotes, contracts and amendments
- In coordination with the insurance carriers and/or the home branch’s insurance department, records, tracks, and bills claims (SST or SAT, depending on the claim).
- Keep an eye on client collections in case they don’t pay.
- Handle inquiries for rentals and services
- Every month, check the agency’s cash registers so the RO may verify them.
- Create service invoices and categorize them based on due dates.
- Inform the insurance department about car claims.
- handles administrative tasks associated with the branch’s commercial administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in administrative and/or commercial management.
- Without a specific diploma, significant experience in this field is also an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of office softwares (Word, Excel, etc.) and communication tools (Internet, Outlook, etc.).
- You know how to prioritize urgency, anticipate, organize and manage unforeseen events.
- You communicate clearly and effectively.
- You have good interpersonal and commercial skills with customers.
- You have a strong commitment to the collective success of the team and to customer satisfaction.
