JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develops and/or facilitates the development and creation of the promotional plan and programs and ensure their consistency with the brand strategy.
- Develops and manages the promotion /communication budget and project timelines.
- works together with the brand team to present a strong argument for a suitable budget and marketing opportunity expectations.
- keeps abreast of the competition in consumer marketing
- oversees all interactions with advertising agencies and other suppliers.
- In charge of carrying out plans, initiatives, and promotional/communication tactics that support brand goals and strategies.
- contributes to operational and communication planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Pharmaceuticals or science)
- For Internal Candidates: Minimum 5 years of Experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least one year in AstraZeneca.
- For External Candidates: Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing roles in Oncology/ Specialty care in GCC.
