JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive Quality Excellence:
- Collaborate with department heads to improve and standardize ISO-certified procedures.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance.
Analyze and Improve:
To help with decision-making, conduct statistical analysis, spot inspections, and QMS performance measurements.
On the basis of audit results, suggest improvements to work practices and quality manuals.
Empower and Educate:
Create and present high-quality training programs for employees in coordination with the Training Department and Senior Quality Manager.
Assure compliance with quality standards by directing and evaluating the work of Quality Officers and Controllers.
Assure Adherence:
Ensure that the ISO 9001:2000 standards are followed by supervising the implementation of the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Keep up-to-date records and control procedures that affect the product standards and quality system.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- A-level or equivalent qualification (required).
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an ISO-regulated environment.
- Comprehensive operational training at an advanced level.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in managing documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
