JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure optimal stock levels by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and minimizing wastage.
- Lead, supervise, and train the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- To increase sales, develop and implement efficient merchandising and promotional plans.
- Uphold the store’s standards for order, cleanliness, and safety measures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to consumer complaints, comments, and questions.
- Track and evaluate sales results to pinpoint areas that need work.
- Create reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Verify adherence to UAE rules as well as company policies and processes.
- Plan employee shifts and make sure there is enough staffing during busy times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a hypermarket or supermarket.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales analysis.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience working in the UAE retail sector is highly desirable.
