JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.’
  • To provide correct information, keep up-to-date knowledge of our goods and services.
  • Handle client accounts, process orders, and maintain correct documentation.
  • To guarantee client retention and satisfaction, follow up with them.
  • Work together with internal teams to improve service quality and respond to consumer feedback.
  • Look for chances to cross-sell or upsell goods and services.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
