Workshop Manager/Branch In-charge – Automotive Job in UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieving financial/non-financial targets of the branch (Labour sales/RO Nos/Service campaign targets etc.) to meet the financial budget of the branch.
- Taking proper measures to reduce the Operating cost of Workshop operations to ensure maximum profitability
- Ensure for proper bay utilization for revenue generation.
- Handling of Petty cash, Monthly bills settlement to Accounts department.
- Timely submission of reports for management review.
- Motivate the workshop team and maintain high morale to achieve highest level of service to customers.
- Recommend the training needs for the subordinates.
- Behavior Subordinates’ performance is evaluated annually for staff career growth.
- As required by the authorities, make sure safety and other rules are observed.
- Create and implement a leave roster to guarantee that targets and workforce availability are maintained.
- For a speedy vehicle turnaround, make sure the Work Instructions procedures are correctly followed and finished.
- To preserve maximum customer satisfaction and prevent recurrence of such concerns, make sure that client issues are resolved as soon as possible.
- To ensure repair quality, make sure all repairs (recall, warranty, and general) are completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Maintaining the workshop’s tools and equipment is essential to its smooth operation.
- Make sure the ongoing work is finished on schedule so that the branch revenue is reflected.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
• 3 year Diploma / Bachelor in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
Experience
• 5 years Dealership experience in a Supervisor / Senior Service Advisor level Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong knowledge in Policy adherence (repair, warranty , company, legal, safety)
• Efficient for Cost control, WIP monitoring, Report generation and good in Repair quality
• Strong knowledge of spare parts and the market
• Sound financial awareness and business acumen
• Relationship Management Skills
• Excellent presentation skills
