Sales-Operations Incharge Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Management:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region to grow the customer base.
Collaborate with the sales team to align branch operations with sales target achievements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
Team Leadership:
Leading and managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure Set targets are met for the site in coordination with the National sales manager and Area Managers
Efficiency in Operations:
Creating and putting into practice plans to increase productivity and operational efficiency in tandem with central logistics
Control of Quality:
ensuring that activities adhere to corporate policies and laws and that goods and services fulfill quality requirements.
Management of Safety:
putting safety procedures into practice and making sure that every employee works in a safe environment.
Management of the Budget:
coordinating with the national sales manager and area managers to oversee budgets, keep expenditures under control, and guarantee that activities stay within allocated funds
Interaction:
Coordinating with other departments and ensuring effective communication within the operations team.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in operations/sales management, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
Strong understanding of Sales, inventory management, and branch operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or inventory management software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
