JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance activities on-site.
2) Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols during all operations.

3) Use resources and tasks wisely in order to fulfill project deadlines.
4) Examine finished work to make sure it complies with quality standards and specifications.
5) Communicate with team members, contractors, and engineers to address technical problems.

6) Create daily progress reports and keep track of site-related paperwork.
7) Make sure that tools and equipment are used and maintained properly.

REQUIREMENTS

1) Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure maintenance.
2) Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
3) A Civil Engineering Diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
4) Strong leadership and organizational skills.
5) Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
