JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Guide the guest through Sofra BLD menu.
• Make recommendations based on the tastes and palates of the clients.
• Complete visitor orders efficiently and systematically.
• Collaborate with your kitchen and Sofra BLD coworkers to maintain high service standards.

   

• Listen to client complaints and questions with empathy, then collaborate with the service manager and other team members to identify answers.

REQUIREMENTS

• A high level of Standards.
• Efficiency and punctuality.
• Attention to detail.
• A warm and friendly character.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
